Founded in Sydney by Emad Gyrges, an Applied Arts graduate and former senior executive in some of the world’s most respected global banks, Galleria Italia is the product of a profound personal reinvention. After dedicating over 24 years to executive leadership in financial institutions, Emad made the bold decision to step away from corporate success and pursue his lifelong passion: the art of refined living.

Emad devoted more than a year to a transformative journey across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East—immersing himself in global design trends, architectural philosophies, material innovation, and artisanal techniques.
